I had a decent stay! The location was super convenient for my meetings, which was a major plus. The room was spacious enough for four of us, and I appreciated how clean everything was. Plus, the front desk staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out, making the process a breeze.
There were some downsides. The room service was lacking; we only got a limited supply of towels and toilet paper, and the breakfast options were pretty repetitive. I had a bit of trouble with the maintenance staff and a room issue that took too long to resolve. It could definitely use some updates!

The venue was set in the central position close enough to the centre. Spent here 2 special days and will come back...

everything was really good, nothing to complain about, i recommend it. i had outstanding food for breakfast especially for the chinese taste. comforts of recently refurbished and beautifully maintained twin room for family 3 quuen beds were fabulous. i enjoyed the location, which was the best near the lift area which i assume to be working. besides, it was adjacent to shopping mall like times square, hukm & mytown and coffee shops, restaurants and stalls.

Just a prime choice for a weekend respite in Kuala Lumpur with good value. Parking was plenty and easy. Keep in mind, rooms are dated.

The hotel staff are relatively very friendly and try their best to give good service to guests. The hotel is very suitable for those who have very tight budget. The hotel is always kept clean and the toilets though small is very clean. Ample toiletries are provided and housekeeping done regularly. The room is spacious , suits guests who have tight budget.Worth the money spent on a 3 star Hotel. Furnitures in the hotel are relatively new and TV functioning well. Food for breakfast is ok. Nearby, Jusco, provide ample choices for food and shopping. Fast food outlets like Mc Donald, KFC and also Pizza Hut are also nearby. There is hourly shuttle service to city centre in a form of a van provided to guests.
Not that accessible to city if you do not have your own transport. The surrounding environment is not encouraging, with shophouses and unkempt surrounding make it a bit unsightly.

Chosen by my director, the hotel features spacious rooms that provided a comfortable setting for work and relaxation. The outdoor pool was a lovely amenity that helped me unwind after a long day, and the fitness center was well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with my workout routine. the hotel's location is a big plus, surrounded by a myriad of eateries and just a short drive from the city center. I especially appreciated the free parking—such a convenience in a busy city like Kuala Lumpur.
Air conditioning issues.

The reasonable room pricing provided great value, especially for the spacious room fitted with two queen beds that comfortably accommodated all six of us. The WiFi connection was impressively fast and didn’t require a password, which made it easy for everyone to stay connected. We loved the good water pressure in both the shower and bidet, and the friendly and polite staff contributed to a warm atmosphere.

We got fantastic value for our money with spacious rooms, comfy beds, and a cute atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay more fun.
The breakfast could benefit from more variety in options.
